Donation Information
The Change Our World Online campaign is in support of the Global Child Nutrition Foundation (GCNF). All donations should be made directly to the Global Child Nutrition Foundation through use of the donation form found on this website, or by visiting the GCNF website. The GCNF is a fully tax-exempt public charity under sections 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue code. Gifts to the GCNF are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Submitting Goals
Dollar amounts that are posted and viewed on our Site—whether under the Post Your Goal section or in other areas of the site—DO NOT constitute a transference or exchange of money or item of monetary value. The premise behind having users of our Site "post goals" is specifically to generate excitement for the campaign and its cause of benefitting the Global Child Nutrition Foundation. Users are under no legal obligation to pay, donate, or disperse any portion of funds for which they may have set as a "Goal" when submitting information to this site.
By submitting a goal, users of our Site agree to sharing all submitted information with the School Nutrition Association and the Global Child Nutrition Association. These organizations may contact users of our Site who have submitted goals or comments in order to thank them, clarify details of submissions, or to simply discuss the campaign and their organization in general.
Accuracy of Goals Posted
All goals submitted through our Site are reviewed prior to being posted on the Goal Page. Though we attempt to do our best at filtering out any malicious or incorrect submissions, it may be possible that a goal posted does not correctly reflect what a user or entity intends to depict. As a user of our Site, if you notice any information that does not look to be correct, please Contact Us, and we will do our best to resolve any discrepancies as soon as possible.
Comments and Submissions
All comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions (including photography) disclosed, submitted or offered to the Change Our World campaign on this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, "Comments") shall be and remain Schwan's Food Service, Inc. property.
